At the end of the eighteenth century the villa appears in the Cadastre Bartoli, where he represented "the palace with the Labyrinth and a circular grove nearby."
In the nineteenth century appears in the register Gregorian "always with shapes similar to those of today but with external arrangement of green far more important." They were set on large avenues orthogonal, of which survives today, only the eastern lined with cypresses, and a large area to the formal garden, now barely recognizable in the context of the landscape.
